DAVID THOMAS, is a 6-2, 210, junior quarterback for the Golden Bears has been named Miles College Offensive Player of the Game in week nine on October 27, 2011. It’s the second honor of the season for Thomas and the 13th for the Miles football team.
The Opelika, AL native threw for 180 yards while completing 17-of-25 passes and rushing for another 53 yards in the victory over Stillman College on Thursday, October 27th, to win the 2011 SIAC Western Division Championship.
The Golden Bears overall record is 6-3 and 5-1 in the SIAC.
