KEITH RICHBURG, JR., is a 6’1; junior defensive back for the Golden Bears football team has been named the SIAC Newcomer of the Week in week seven on October 15, 2011. It’s the first honor of the season for Richburg and the second for the Miles football team 

The Miami, FL native had 7 solo tackles, including 1 tackles-for-loss, returned a 98-yard interception for a touchdown, and one pass break-up in a 45-24 win over Kentucky State University this past weekend.

The Golden Bears record is 4-3 overall, 3-1 in the SIAC, and 1-0 in the West Division.
