PATTON CHAMBERS, is a 6-0, 170, sophomore kicker for the Golden Bears has been named Miles College Player of the Games on Saturday, November 12, 2011. It’s the second honor of the season for Chambers and the 18th for the Miles football team.

The Gadsden, AL native kicked the game winning field goal from 29-yards out for the victory over Albany State in the 2011 SIAC Championship game, as well as a 34-yarder to put Miles up 17-9.

The Golden Bears are the 2011 SIAC Football Champions, with an overall record of 7-4 and 5-2 in the SIAC.
