The Official Athletic Site of Miles College

A. A. Moore is in his fifth year as Assistant Athletic Director over theAthletic External Affairs department. He will serve as the Miles athletic department's liasion to the public. He comes the the Golden Bears with more than 20 years experience working in collegiate athletic administration.

Moore earned his undergraduate degree in journalism at Alabama State University, his Juris Doctor degree at Miles Law School and is a member of the Alabama State Bar. At Miles Law School, he was an officer in the Student Bar Association and a member of Delta Theta Phi professional law fraternity. His is the Managing Attorney at the Law Office of Albert Moore. 

Moore also has a significant background in journalism. Beginning in 1997, Moore spent four years on the staff at the Montgomery Advertiser and served as a freelance writer for newspapers and magazines across the country. He has also hosted several radio shows, worked as a color commentator and play-by-play announcer for several college and professional teams and sports leagues. Currently, he serves as the Voice of the Golden Bears. 

Moore served as the Director of Marketing for the Gulf South Conference, a NCAA Division II sports league based in Birmingham. He has also stints in collegiate athletics with Alabama State University and Stillman College. He has experience in sports information, marketing and public relations.
