FAIRFIELD, AL – The Miles College women's basketball team will host the Lady Lions of Paine College on Thursday, December 30 at the Knox-Windham Gymnasium and game time scheduled
for 5:30.
The Lady Bears is in 10th place in the SIAC with an overall record of 2-3 and 0-3 in the conference, while Paine comes in with an overall 0-3 record and 0-3 record in the SIAC. The Lady Lions is in 12th place in the conference.
Ashley Orphey and
Toccara Charles lead the Lady Bears in scoring with 13 and 12 points and are 9th and 13th in the SIAC in scoring.
Sammeika Thomas is averaging 9.8 rebounds per game to lead the Lady Bears and in the SIAC 3rd in rebounding.
The Lady Bears next game is Monday, January 3 in Tuskegee, Alabama as they play the Lady Golden Tigers of Tuskegee University at 5:30.
