Fairfield, AL – Miles College will have a press conference on Thursday, July 31, for a special presentation regarding the Labor Day Golden Classic. The press conference will be held at Knox-Windham Gymnasium at Miles College from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. Miles President Dr. George T. French, Jr., along with Athletic Director Augustus James and Head Coach William “Billy” Joe will speak at the event. This season’s Labor Day Golden Classic will pit the Golden Bears against the Stillman College Tigers on Sunday, Aug. 31, at 6:00 p.m. at Legion Field in Birmingham, Alabama.
